My Story
I have always felt a great desire to help others overcome their personal struggles. Life gives us moments of great joy and moments of sadness, despair, grief, loss, stress, and anxiety. Learning to feel each of these emotions and not running away from them is what brings healing and love back in our lives.

As a therapist, I believe it is important to look at the whole person, not just focusing on the past (which I do believe is needed in the process of healing) but also focusing on the future you want to create to bring you the most fulfilled life. I am results driven, therefore, I believe in creating a customized program that is specific to each person. I don't believe that there is one approach that works for all. I incorporate talk therapy, hypnotherapy and positive psychology with each client. My goal is to walk beside each person I am fortunate to meet and guide them on their journey of growth and healing. Seeking help is a sign of acceptance, strength and taking control of your life. I want to help you rediscover your own power, create awareness and allow yourself to love you again.
